Great service overall, from James' friendly greeting when I first arrived to his, not telling me what needed to be repaired on my car, but took me out and showed me. Then the brake work they did was done promptly and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!
The staff is so amazing! I absolutely recommend this place for any vehicle needs you have!

There's a reason their prices are good, they use cheap parts, and the repairs don't last. Just go somewhere else and spend a little bit more for a lasting repair.
Spent a lot of money on my vehicle here.. not once but twice still didn't fix the problem. Also had a friends car taken here- car was "fixed" got home noticed the car was not fixed called in and the guy said oh it needs $600+ for more work.. buy didn't mention that when we picked the car up and had already paid $200+.
Been a while since I've used Burnett's, but everyone is always ready and willing to help you. Very personable people.
