purchased a van 3 weeks ago.. have been able to drive my own van a total of 5 days, no horn, or air bag, van at first had a tick, then take it up tjeir for a week Nd 2 days, get it back, transmission light comes on, transmission isnt shifting, ask to have van taken to shop get replacement vehicle.. they say ok, but can't tKe the other van cause inspector came in and vehicle was missing so fined 250.. but give another vehicle, even though apparently going to get fined 250 fpr missing a vehicle.. vehicle they give as temp repl... read more
RecommendedGood customer service, reasonable prices, and it was done when they said it would be. It is under new management with a new crew. I would recommend giving them a try if you have a service or oil change need.
Haven’t got a car yet but they are very friendly and work with you. Won’t put you in nothing he knows isn’t good. He is straight up with you he don’t cut edges just to sell a car. That’s what I like about them!
After weeks of researching I finally decided to get my car at Burnett’s. First of all, prices at this place is very competitive, and that alone is enough reason to come here. Service is great and Brandon is a fantastic salesman. The process is simple and fast. Everything done as advertised.
I purchased a Chrysler Town & Country off of Burnett’s. No fuss, everything went well but I noticed the alarm wasn’t working perfect. Called them, they were very cooperative, very understanding and asked me to bring in the car the very next day. Got it fixed in half an hour and free of charge. They were very apologetic as well. I recommend Burnett’s wholeheartedly and was very impressed by the way they handled my problem. Just goes to show they have your back at all times. Way to go guys
Had a weird noise coming from my car that couldn’t be fixed by another repair center.After wasting weeks and hundreds of dollars I finally got it fixed at Burnett’s.Huge thank you to Tim for his expertise. He was very knowledgeable and was able to pinpoint the cause with ease. For that 10/10.
Previously had a very positive experience buying a car from them.Eventhough I live bit far, ive always come here for my car services as they truly do care about their customers. Even if I had to change my schedule they were understanding. Last visit I brought my 2 kids along and accommodated me and my kids as best as they can.
Brought my Kia for an oil change, fast turnaround time, and very reasonable price. They have all the facilities here and a great mechanic in Eddie. Will be back again. Thank you
