Went to pick up a family member who was getting their car worked on and one of their employees came out of a bay door way too fast in a customer's car and hit my front end. Manager came out and begged and pleaded not to file police report and promised they would repair the vehicle. I came in the next day and a different manager basically told me I couldn't prove it was their fault and to go fk myself. Worst experience I've ever had with a repair shop and I wasn't even a customer.
RecommendedI came in on a Saturday morning with a flat tire in the back and my car, spare on the front. They were busy but they took the time out to fix my tire put it back on and put the donut back in the back u under storage, ALL in a very timely manner I must say that it was quite the blessing of what they did for me!
Had an A/C pump go bad along with the windshield washer motor. Let me know how much it was going to cost to fix it, BEYOND REASONABLE, and came in under cost and had me back on the road within 24 hours! Will not go anywhere else! Thank you very much for being a reputable business!
Had a small emergency and they were able to get me in pretty quick and got me back on the road, Thanks!
My truck drives like new again. New shocks, ball joints, and front alignment, it's a pleasure to drive again, thanks again!
They have always been helpful. let me know what is wrong with my car, when it will be done, and how much it will cost. which is always lower than any other auto place said. They do the work when they say
Took van in for an oil change when I first moved to Kokomo 3 years ago and it needed more work done so I had them do it and they never even changed the filter. This was at the South shop. Took it back twice still not fixed was told the had a bad tech that day so they sent it up to the north shop and still couldn't get it fixed. I took the van to Adams and they fixed it, went back to south shop to tell them that Adams fixed it and they told me since I had Adams work on it there was nothing they could do for me.
