Nothing seemed to go right. Dropped the car off Thursday evening of last week. Friday it was diagnosed as a water pump....Seemed expensive but hey years ago they always treated me right. These guys treated my sister like she was family!! If I actually lived in that area, these guys would be "my guys"!!!! It's really hard to find decent, honest, and competent mechanics who won't just pad the bill.....this place definitely went above and beyond our expectations!! It also helps that they're really easy on the eyes!! LOL!!! Took our daughters car into the service center knowing there were many small problems, no one ever pushed us to get everything taken care of, the problem we had to have fixed was addressed at a reasonable price and a list of the smaller problems was provided. Integrity! Nice

My husband has taken his vehicle at least 6 times for an oil change. He is always told they are booked up and could not do it. When he calls to make an appointment for an oil change, he is told they don't take appointments for oil changes! It happened again today in Tipton. We have been a customer of Burnett's for many years, but I can see that is soon going to change!
Brandon and Quinn worked so hard to make sure my car was fixed. My transmission went out and they found me a replacement quickly. They were very friendly and explained to me what was happening. They even waited past the closing time for me to get there and pick my car up. Thanks guys you are awesome
I took my 2010 Ford Taurus to get brakes looked at. They had done an alignment several weeks before after buying new tires and was charged only $45. When I took it for brakes, with my husband with me this time, they quoted me $1400, told me everything needed replaced, calipers, whole nine yards. Ended up getting it done for less than $400, and I didn't need calipers.... I will NOT recommend them to my gay friends. Burnett's, your prejudice is showing.....

I apologize for the miscommunication Mr.ruby, I just went over your bill that was quoted to you and looks like the 1400.00 you were quoted was for much more than just brakes. There is also the cost and labor for a tune up as well as a few of the other many services we offer here at Burnetts. I can assure you, that my guys here at South would never treat a customer or base a customer's quote or price on anything other than exactly what the vehicle needed. Thank you for your business.
My husband took our car to Burnett's to get the oil changed & couldn't say enough about the service, the polite office manager & how quickly he was in & out. We will definitely be back to your Tipton store :)
