Love these guys... They really do a lot to help .. We use the North Garage in Kokomo.. They have worked on our van many times and it is there right now... They really do all they can .. Bless them .. They help me Keep our Van running .. Never know When his pager will go off for His Kidney to run to IU Health in Indianapolis.I just wouldn't know what to do without them. I called Justin at Our Tipton Burnett's this morning needing a headlight replaced after Our Son got stop and was told last night to get it fixed. After some unforseen complications I have to say, Adam from Burnetts north is AWESOME!! He went above and beyond to make sure I had my truck for work the next day!! He truly takes care of his customers!!
It took a long while to find the right place for oil change service after a couple of places that weren't very helpful and screwed me over by taking advantage of my hearing loss and overcharged me $$$. I have seen many good words about Burnetts so I decided to give it a chance. This place is definitely deaf-friendly....the manager as I am assuming was very patient on communication and even signed thank you....I felt relieved instantly. Went in with a friend to have his jeep realigned. We had $250 hidden in the center console to put towards an Xbox 1 later that day. After they aligned the car the mechanic took it out on a 20 minute test drive, with no permission. After paying for the service and leaving we noticed the money was gone. The manager and owner called us liars and refused to do the right thing and return our money. They are liars and thieves do not take your vehicle to them and don't trust them
