Trying to cancel my membership has been a complete nightmare.You can't cancel your membership on the phone, instead you have to e-mail someone in the company. After that, it takes "60 to 90s days" to cancel your membership, which guarantees that you will be charged for an additional month (or two) of membership. AND, if you're particularly unlucky, you will be charged $20 to "guarantee your current membership rate." They charge this extra $20 twice a year. i bought a groupon a few months ago specifically to use for spin classes. now all of a sudden those of us on the groupon and automatically put on a wait list so spots for gym members can be left open. now i am expected to drive all the way over there just to cross my fingers and hope someone doesnt show up. essentially you are telling me that my business, which like your members i have already paid for, is not as important. such a shame because i was really considering buying a membership after i used all my classes but the ... read more

I have been a member of this gym for 4 years the bad things i have seen is a there is always a armpit smell in the back,some of the employes try to talk to girls even as there walking away even my sister doesnt go there anymore for the same reason,there is always 1 girl in the back yelling,machines are always broken,it gets vary hot,small parking lot. The good part is there price $10 a month plus $19 fees every few months,the GM is always on top of issues,if it wasnt for being few streets away i would of cancel

I cancelled my membership back in March and they are still fraudulently billing my credit card, they are very hard to reach no one in the club can help you. I cancelled my cc and they still fraudulently was able to get the new credit card, very shady business practices, DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM NIGHTMARE WAITING FOR YOU!!!!

How does this gym get away with breaking the law?! I signed up for a membership and then the same day got a job offer out of town. Clearly not able to use this, I looked up California State law and saw I could cancel a gym membership within 5 business days no questions asked - to be refunded within 10 business days. When I called, they said their policy was to refund between 60-90 days! I'm sure everyone has at one point seen a youtube video of a person working out at a gym and falling off the treadmill or elliptical. Well I'm pretty sure these are all filmed at this gym. A couple years ago, I actually used to enjoy going to this location. Today, I was almost one of those people that have a gym fail.About 50 percent of the treadmills and ellipticals are out of order but not all of them have "out of order" signs on them. This gym stinks! And I do not mean that in a literal way. That building does not maintain a proper air conditioning system. On my first day of working out there, I could not get through it for it was hot, and it stunk inside like no tomorrow, mostly in the back part of the building. It was gross; I almost wanted to throw up. For this reason, I then cancelled my membership the next day under the "buyer's remorse" clause. BEWARE!!!!!!!!If I could put a negative star I would!! This is the worst gym in Burbank DO NOT WASTE YOUR $ here. The machines are always broken for example... Some of the cardio machines are literally falling apart the part is unattached its on your hand not on the machine. Another cardio machine (there are only 3 of these in black) You can't adjust the incline on it it's been like this since I purchased my membership and this is my last month with them THANK GOODNESS!!!!Many of the people are rude that currently w/o there.... read more

High school doesn't teach you how to break up with a girl, where to get money for a new car or how to cancel your gas bill or even what office to go to for an ebt card after you manage to cop a BMW as a refugee....If you don't want this gym to continue debiting your bank account after you've cancelled, you fucked up somewhere.
