Great for the price. It has everything you need to get in a good workout and in a good location. I have always found it to be clean and well ventilated however, I don't go at busy times so it could be different then.The reason I only gave them 3 stars is because of their corporate customer service. They apparently "lost" my billing info. I was under the impression my membership had ended. Cut to 6 months later and all the sudden I am seeing multiple charges from them. ive been a member for 2 years. it is close, convenient, free parking, has 2 locations. for the most part it is 95% clean but that is up to its members too. the gym supplies cleaning spray and towels at many locations through the gym to wipe down equipment after use. yes, wipe your own sweat off the weights and machines. and f you are a germ freak, wipe them down before you use them as well. and dont be afraid to turn the room fans on. as members, we are part of the success too. the majority of the members make a great effort... read more

The customer service of the so called "corporate office" is absolutely ridiculous. I have given my credit card information twice now and they still have not updated it in their computer system so I keep getting late fees. When you call to talk to someone during office hours you never get anyone and it takes 2-3 days to get a call back. The monthly fee is very reasonable; however I would pay a little more money for competent customer service which I will be doing once this current membership expires.

$10 a month to work out at a gym in LA- unheard of!! Go to this gym and expect a.... gym, and you will be fine. Expect a pricy LA day spa with treadmills and you will be sorely disappointed.I cannot speak to any charging difficulties, I have never had any, though I have experienced problems at other gyms. My experience with the staff has been fine, and the group trainers I've had have all been excellent. I do not appreciate the fact that this gym is suppose to be a community and professional establishment it has this boss that is completely rude and acts very unprofessional I didn't get his name but this is not a gang run gym it is made for the community and is still striving because of the community and the way they are treating there customers is very unprofessional .There is a bald man and he constantly has some negativity about him and I feel as though it can be up kept by the way very old equipment and no sanitary measu... read more

*************************************************************************************I had nothing negative to say about this gym until I decided to cancel my membership. To cancel a membership you have to give them a 1 month notice which you supposedly should know (that is my fault, I guess). In addition, you call 818 557 7404 and say you want to cancel and send a letter via mail stating that you want to cancel in writing.I CALLED MONTHS AGO OR PROBABLY A YEAR AGO TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP (I WILL CHECK MY PHONE RECORDS LOL).... read more

This gym you get what you pay for. It's fine for the price you pay but if you want to be treated well, not have a hot and smelly environment to work in, this is not the gym for you.

DO NOT GO HERE!When I first signed up I agreed to a contract of $10/month for a whole year with only $20 down, which compared to every other gym is an amazing deal. Well after the first 3 months that I enjoyed paying my $10/month to go whenever I want I started seeing that they were charing me $25/month without notice, and when I told them about it they said "It comes out automatically there's nothing we can do about it" so I had to go through the trouble of calling my bank and explaining to them and having the payments canc... read more

This gym is not very clean. In fact the bathrooms are gross most days. They play horrible music but i'm a metal head so that's my issue. Top 40 does not get me pumped to work out. On the plus side the membership is cheap. That being said, if you love cardio you may be out of luck during peak hours because half of the tredmils don't function properly. I like to lift weights and don't wanna be bothered so it's an ok place for me that way. The classes are always going but i'm not interested so I cannot speak on that. I say if y... read more
