Been going here for about 3 years now and its the best gym. The price is very good (about 10 bucks a month). I saw a review about debit card being charged and that is weird because im also paying with my debit card and the only charge I see is the monthly charge (they also charge for paying late but who doesnt?)Anyways, the workers are pretty cool and caring. Never had a problem there. Parking is never a problem. Overall, its a great place to work out and get your mind off of everything else for an hour or two.

Yes, this gym is very cheap to belong to, but once you are a member they make it very difficult for you to cancel your membership. They do not allow you to cancel in person or over the phone. You have to write a letter and mail it to their P.O. Box asking to cancel membership (that is what I was told by the employee so that is what I did) Then, a month later they continue to take money out of your account.You call to ask why and an extraordinarily rude customer service agent will tell you that you have to wait 60 days before... read more

I don't get what everyone is complaining about! First off this place is the cheapest gym around. I always found it ridiculous that you have to pay $50 to $75 a month for a gym membership! This place is about $10 a month.Everyone who wants to avoid the extra $20 every six months should just pay for the year upfront, then its $10 a month, you don't have to have wait two months to cancel, and its still the best deal around. adding to my first feedback is there has been an ant farm on the water fountain for the past 2 months and the ceiling is so dirty you can see dust falling down as your on the treadmil If you havent signed up DONT

Parking is convenient. Price is cheap, obviously. Service is OK. I'm sure the motive is to sell trainers... They need some improvements on their equipment and machine. Also need a sauna . Also to mention a central air conditioning will .

Haven't even been here yet, but bought a Groupon SPECIFICALLY because it stated that the North Location redeemed the Groupons. I was surprised and pissed out off to be told that this location does not accept the Groupons, only the Media Center location. That's what they call false advertising/bait-and-switch. You either edit your Groupon or you admit your mistake and accept it. Is there not a single gym out there that doesn't have crappy customer service?

This gym is a joke & a shady business. WARNING: Check your bank accounts frequently if you sign up with a debit or credit card! Both my boyfriend & I were charged fees after we had terminated our membership. Not in the 'oh we made a mistake kind of way charging you the month or two after you ended your contract'..nope! That would be an honest error and with good customer service, could be explained. Back when Burbank shit club was a world gym, it was hands down one of the best gyms to train in. The manager Eddie, Tenny, victor and Carlos are the only reason why people continue to come to this shit hole because of their great customer service skills. Aside from that, I really wouldn't recommend this gym because the owner doesn't know how to run a business, and "SOME" of the trainers there are complete shit. They couldn't tell you the difference between a carb and a protein lmaooo. So please, think twice before going here... read more

If you're looking for a gym where you can go heavy and use chalk, this is not the gym for you, well specifically, the one on Palm isn't.If you do use chalk, don't use too much or else you will make a mess and then the janitors will have to clean it up. Well then, isn't that what janitors are for? No matter what, chalk will leave some mess. And I'm pretty sure they care for my safety because while deadlifting, they told me to put my shoes back on because it's common sense.
