They are doing a good job at keeping customers unhappy. Was going to renew my membership to take advantage of the promo rate this month but instead the staff gave me the run around even if i have already paid my prior membership in full and with proof from their own billing office of the same..they insist that i still owe them. Avoid given them your account information, they will over charge every chance they get. Corporate office never answers and emailing them is useless.

I am furious regarding the level of customer service I am getting from this establishment. My old gym, Miami Fitness, suddenly closed the gym with no notice on 12/1/14 and sold my contract to Burbank Athletic Club. Their locations are too far away from my home and work. I've been requesting to have my contract canceled since December. They continue to charge me every month! At this point, I've sent my last email and now I'm ready to get a lawyer. Enough is enough. Do not get involved with this gym.

I workout mostly at the Victory/Hollywood Way location. It's easy to get in and out of. I've been here on and off for 4 years. The layout is nice, the people who come in to work out are usually friendly and courteous, as are the staff. The place is generally clean, the staff does a great job of upkeep; and if you find something objectionable, they will respond to your concern. The focus here is weight lifting and cardio equipment. I have been a member of this gym for the past 4 years on the $10 a month plan.I am starting to get charged now 2-3 times a month today i see a $39 charge really $39 to come to this dump. All the good employes looks like they have quit.The new ones are LAZY and dont even say hi when you walk in. At this point i dont NOT think anyone should sign up here since i am getting charged all these amounts i am going to cancel even though i am a few streets away. other then the GM that is nice and on top of issues i dont have any good ... read more

This is the worst gym I have ever been sh*ty customer service. Dirty stations. Look at contract very good. You are better of somewhere else.

The gym is okay but the frequent surprise billing and lack of explanation and customer response made me quit, end my membership, and close my bank account. enough said!
