SICK & WRONG! – I do NOT get what all the hype is about! This place is obnoxiously packed, the bartenders treat you like crap when you are trying to order a drink, the patrons act as though they are movie stars and WAY more important than anyone else! A girlfriend of mine wanted to go there for her birthday, so we all granted her that wish. BUT, the minute she got there, she was ready to tear her hair out! This is not real Italian!!! – This place is an absolute joke, and reminded me of the Olive Garden. This place is more American than McDonalds, is not even close to authentic, and the servers can't even correctly pronounce the names of the food. I would rather eat out of the back of a garbage truck and/or face the guillotine than be subjected to the food at Buca Di Beppo's again.
True italian – The service was great and the food was fantastic! I totally recomend this restaurant for huge party events! The new menu, perdue is such an awesome idea and I cannot believe the portions and the great price that goes along with it.
HORRIBLE!!! – This is an insult to Italians. My family is from Napoli and my mohter has been in the restaurant biz for over 27 years. This stuff (what you crazy people call food) doesn't even come close to what Italian food is. Leave it upto to an American food chain who has no business trying to operate an Italian restaurant to do this. This is a joke...there are a dozen other Italian restaurants that should be an that list.
Wish I were Italian! – The best italian food in seattle! Superb pizza. My favorite place for galic mashed potatoes. Great selction of entries.
bad food interesting decor – After all the hype and long waiting lines I was expecting a wonderful meal. Unfortunately the food was awful. The pasta was definitely not al dente...very soggy. The sauces were boring. The restaurant was very loud and crowded. Good place if you want to just fill your stomach because the portions are big. It's just not very good.
Entertainment not food – If one wants to be entertained while eating some of the most spectacularly awful food ever served by a chain eatery, go to one of the many Buca di Beppo locations. With enough wine, it can be fun, and the immense quantities of food may mislead one into thinking it is good, but in fact the food does not compare to the italian food available in the canned goods section of Safeway!
Forget it – This is not Italian food. Chuck E Cheese has better Italian food. Why anyone would wait in a line to eat here is beyond me. The Garlic will linger in your breath for days.
Nonononono – This cannot be Seattle's third best Italian Resteraunt!!! We have so much better Italian food in the city, why must we resort to sub-par, overpriced slop? I have eaten there twice, both times with my daughter's soccer teams, who had chosen that as an inexpensive, "fun" place to eat. In my opinion, it is the only reason that one would eat there. True, it is cheap, although you pay for that in the food. Why not some place like Cafe Lago? That is truly deserving of something like this, and I beg of you to vote for ... read more
