Great Food Great Fun! – I am suprised about the last person's review! My family and I have enjoyed Buca's for many years, and many more to come! We have never once had a rude server, and the food has always been great, top of the line, two thumbs up! Buca's has a great atmosphere, and it's a fun place to go to with a lot of people with you! Don't let one person cloud your mind over about going to Buca's, it is really a great place! Look at all the other reviews, they are wonderful as well! Keep up the good work Buca's!
Love it – Great to go in a group. The portions are huge. But the food is super great. I would get the garlic bread and some meatballs, the deserts are great as well!
Taste and portions are gone, never again. – Their portions have gone away but the prices went up. Dont waist your time with this Itilian chain. I loved it in the past but believe me I will never be back again. Spend your money elsewhere and read all the other reviews. Many Disappointments from Staff & Management – I have been a frequent visitor to the downtown Columbus Buca for many special occasions every year. It has always been our favorite location to host group dinners. Typically we have reserved one of the specility tables, most often the kitchen table. Yuck – This place is horrible. The server we had was very unprofessional- name was Emily somehing.. She served a foamy beer, burnt pizza and was rude. Now, if the beer was foaming and the pizza was burnt.. not only was the server pathetic.. the bar tender and cook were also not very good at their jobs. This place is not very classy and very over priced!! A tap beer is over 6 dollars...a large pizza is over 20.00 .dollars.would not recommed this place to anyone!! Seemed dirty in there... I won't go back!
What a great place! – My husband and I had dinner here for our anniversary; he had the chicken carbonara and I had the cheese manicotti (just LOVE cheese!) Our service was very good, we were seated promptly and we loved our dinners! It did seem just a little noisy to us but I guess that's the thing now. We will be back again!
Don't do it – I always had fun and enjoyed going to Bucca di Beppo downtown Columbus. I planned and pre-ordered for our work Christmas party and the night was a disaster. Our waitress tried to cram us into close quarters and wouldn't add another table. She asked me twice if I wanted to see a manager and I said yes. I didn't see one but she eventually gave us another table after everyone complained. She then sarcastically asked me if I was happy now.
