This was a horrible buying expierence!! I will not recommend anyone to purchase a car here. My meeting with Laurie in finance was very shady. The price was confirmed via phone before I signed the paper work. I went home with car and a week later they are emailing me about them making a mistake and undercharging me. This is unacceptable and I've never been in this type of situation. Now they are holding my registration hostage until I pay for their mistake. I contacted them about the car and continued to communicate with them throughout the day about my itinerary, but when I was halfway into my hour drive out to the dealership, they told me they sold the car that I was en route to buy! I was very disappointed, especially when they tried to sell me a car that was $2K more than what I’d been looking at. I had to turn around, go home and start my search all over again. Definitely did not want to do business with them after that!

I was greeted and helped by a salesman by the name of Hider. Friendly, but sneaky. I drove from DC 27mikes to check and test drive the vehicle 1st. The next day I came with my check but prior to leaving I started a overview of the car. I heard a noise while opening the hood and Hider tired to bush it off as if it was something else. Basically this car had front end damage that was hidden from me.
