Responsive but firm on price
It took almost of week to get what appeared to be an automated email reply regarding my interest in one of their used Mazdas. This is despite multiple calls on my part to try and simply get a price update on the car, which still wasn’t included in the email reply that was sent by the used car manager. Furthermore, I notified them that I was willing to buy the car unseen and have it shipped to NY due to COVID-19 and NY’s regulations regarding travel to Virginia. Did not buy a car primarily due to their typical pressure tactics and being tone deaf to the current market conditions.
I would recommend going to Chantilly Mazda to anyone, George was amazing, I drove my new car out that same night. A+ experience.
