Response time was amazing, literally minutes after I submitted my request. My salesman Daniel was extremely professional and made all my concerns about going out during these times his top priority, He made sure everything could be done outside so I didnt have to go out of my comfort zone in any way shape or form, personally cleaned the car himself and fully sanitized it for me and my wife before we left. The staff here was exceptional, they were very friendly and patient with us answering tons of questions when our daughter was getting her first car. The Managers and our salesman Andrew really helped us find the best vehicle for her and the whole purchasing process was easy and fast.
The staff really knocked it out of the park! Especially Nick and Matt. They really helped me find the perfect car. Can't wait to visit again for my first service!

The vehicle was priced at a good price. However, the dealer wouldn't move anymore on the price. I found the same vehicle at another price slightly cheaper and purchased it.

Responsive but firm on price
It took almost of week to get what appeared to be an automated email reply regarding my interest in one of their used Mazdas. This is despite multiple calls on my part to try and simply get a price update on the car, which still wasn’t included in the email reply that was sent by the used car manager. Furthermore, I notified them that I was willing to buy the car unseen and have it shipped to NY due to COVID-19 and NY’s regulations regarding travel to Virginia.
