I was contacted immediately regarding my inquiry. My schedule didn't allow me to go in for a test drive until the next day. Unfortunately, someone else came in the day before and purchased the car. The salesperson called me right away to let me know, to apologize, and to offer to help me with any other cars I might be interested in. I didn't buy a car from Brown's Chantilly Mazda, but I got great service from them and would recommend that people consider this dealership when looking for a new car.
This dealership is an excellent establishment. I live over an hour from the dealership and less than a day after buying my car, it broke down. I called the dealership and they arranged immediately for my car to be towed and fixed completely at their expense. This is the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership and I would definitely come here again. The staff is also incredibly personable and friendly as well as helpful. 10/5 stars from me

very good communication, called several times. Living in MD I was just wary of buying a car in VA and then having it pass MD inspection.
