Flooded Basement This was my first time using this company, very fast and fixed the problem quickly, I had a flooded basement and had another company come in and look at it, they were not able to do a good job, i called Brothers Plumbing that was recomended to me by one of my buddys, i had David come over, he did a great job, very professional and helpful.

A plumbing job well done. My wife was doing the laundry when suddenly water started coming through the drain in the basement floor. I started trying to call for a plumber. I called 2 plumbers and was assured someone would call back to set up an appointment. My wife ran into a friend who recommended Brothers Plumbing. I called them and they came promptly. plumbing Our kitchen sink started backing up... we called Brothers and jason Genam whom we have worked with before came over promptly. This was not an easy problem to fix but Jason worked for several hours on it giving us regular updates and eventually with some difficulty was able to fix the problem without having to break through the drywall in the basement to get at the trap! Plumbing- Replaced New Galvanized Water Pipes Jason replaced new galvanized water pipes at house. A drip from the ceiling was discovered. It took 3 attempts, 3 different plumbers to resolve issue. On Sept 14, Shaun, 3rd plumber came to investigate. He is good and knows his work. I showed pictures of punctured hole as my brother investigated. A slight puncture at toilet drainage pipe caused drip. Accidents happen. How they are resolved is the core issue. Shaun telephoned his boss and asked if he would be willing t replace pip... read more

Thank you for your review. We try to satisfy our customers as best as we can and within reason. If a drain pipe is punctured during an attempt to clear it, it is due to old weakened piping. The solution is to replace section with new pipe. A guarantee on an old weak pipe that could be punctured by anyone in the future is not realistic. There was a breakdown of communication. Basement drainage pipe replacement I called Brothers plumbing because I had used them once before when we bought our house 10 years ago and the service then was amazing. I am very happy I called them again. Customer service is huge in my books so when I left a message on their website and received a call back within 24 hours, this was a great start. Leak Assessment My husband and I purchased a renovated home, we discovered water spots in our ceiling within a few months. I called Brother's to check out the situation. emergency pipe leak We had a plumbing emergency and the main water had to be shut off. desperate for service we finally got a call back from jason at brothers plumbing. showed up within an hour of calling and did a great job. not cheap but good work and reliable company. the other 3 companies still havent called back.
