bathroom reno I had my bathroom renovated by Brothers Plumbing. Tony who I first met , listened to what I wanted done and was able to give appropriate suggestions such as cost and type of tile. He explained the process of the renovation and time,date of start and finish of the project. George Labracos was the actual person who did all the work for this renovation. Fixing a burst pipe A pipe burst in the back addition to my house and my basement flooded. I turned off the water main for the house and called Brothers because their ad was the first I saw in the Yellow Pages. It took three hours for a plumber to arrive, although I don't really blame the company for that as I know they were very busy helping many other people in the same situation. We are sorry you did not like the price for the work done, but the price is told to the customer before we do the work and we have to get a go ahead before we do any work. We are constantly checking that our prices are competitive and adjust them accordingly. We are pleased that you were happy with the service. We charge by the job and not by the hour, as each job is different the price of a job done 8 years ago cannot be compared to the job done this time.
Private Sanitary Drain System Instalation We have had a number of sewage-backup problems over the years due to a private sanitary line shared with five other properties, hundred-year old clay pipes, and a very healthy, mature weeping willow tree which feeds on the line. Plugged Bathtub Drain A few Saturdays ago, the bathtub in our only full bathroom was suddenly clogged. As we have nowhere else to shower, we needed it unplugged ASAP. I called a few places that I found on Homestars and referred by friends, but Brothers Plumbing was the only place that could come by the next morning. Basement Pipe Replacement A couple of years back Brothers Plumbing replaced all our drainage piping leading to city sewers. This major project was lead by Kevin at Brothers. Kevin was friendly, professional and answered all of our questions patiently. The crew that did the work was experienced, exercised diligence, common sense and professional workmanship. I would recommend both Brothers Plumbing and Kevin in a heart beat!

Bathroom leak I have a rental property and had some issues with a burst pipe, which left my property without water due to having to shut off the main line until this issue was resolved. After contacting a couple plumbing company's and being told they would be able to come within 24-48 hrs I came across brothers plumbing. Plumbing These guys did 2 small jobs in less than 20 minutes and charged over $550. They messed up the drain pipe on my dishwasher so I needed to hire an appliance repair to do a reinstall. They were unresponsive when I requested compensation for the dishwasher issue. I do not recommend them.

We price our work by the job and not by the hour. We always give our customers the price and get approval before we do any work. We guarantee our work , so if this dishwasher drain issue was related to our work, we would have fixed it at no charge. Unfortunately the customer did not give us enough information to determine who it was. Thank you for your review.
Plumbing We had a problem with gradually decreasing water pressure in the house. We asked if someone would come to diagnose the problem. We were told there would be a price for a service call. We said ok, but just in case the plumber can't find the water pressure problem, then we also have a faucet we need replaced. So we would like the faucet replaced. Thank you for your review. We do charge a service fee to investigate plumbing issues. Regarding the poor pressure, after investigating the water service if it is determined that the pipes are fine, the pressure can only be improved on the city side. That would explain the reason to call the city. After seeing what type of faucet was to be replaced a price was given to do the job. The price would be the price agreed to, and the service call would be waived. As the job was not agreed to, the service call was charged.
