plumbing We had Jason come to our condo for various plumbing repairs not long ago. He explained everything in detail, and did a fine job. Would definitely refer Jason from Brothers Plumbing to friends and family!

Plumbing repair, removal of garburator Rob and Ray arrived promptly after my phone call to Brothers. They were prepared, knowledgable and completed all the work quickly and to my satisfaction. I have always had good service from Brothers and would recommend them to others.

Customer supplied toilet We call Brother plumbing to replace our old toilet was not working dave & Robert came to replace it . The house is three stories high they did it fast they had no problem Dave did good job left the work all clean and professional work happy with there work

Repair of pipe elbow joint May 10 2016: connection between a copper pipe and a galvanized pipe replaced - 30 min job. Total bill was $632.80. We always advise the client of what will be done and the cost of the job before we do the job. We require customer approval of all costs before we go ahead. We appreciate the input.
plugged bathub It all started when my partner was taking a shower and all of a sudden he noticed the water was starting to fill up in the tub. we tried to fix the problem by putting some drain-0 in the tub but that did not work. in a panic I had called brothers plumbing ( we had heard there add before) and they had sent us a plumber named Jason. He seemed very knowledgeable and solved the problem using the snake. he also recommended a product that would keep our drains clear - So far so good

Flood in basement I called because the drain in the basement had backed up during the recent storms. When the guy came, he took a look and said that there was not much he could do just stuff the drains with a plastic bag & duck tape over. The downspouts were the issue and needed to be disconnected (which we did after the 2nd flood). He charged me $ 175 for being here for 10 minutes and not doing anything. They advise of any charges before they do anything and the service call is waived if work has been approved. The advise given is very peculiar, maybe there was a misunderstanding. Thanks for the input, we will use this to improve our communication skills in the future.
Installation of a Dishwasher Our company was moving and we had hired them to disconnect our 2 dishwashers, coffee machine, and fridge for which they had charged us $550 for, which was fine. We subsequently hired them to have our dishwasher reconnected at our new office, which they came to assess at our new space. The service person showed up looking confused at the setup and said he would return, which he never did. Toilet plugged and not working properly Jason did a great job and solved the problem using the toilet auger! It is an old toilet and he recommended to replace it to avoid further issues. Great experience overall thanks very much!
