Plugged drain on thanks giving My drain got plugged on thanks giving I called so many companys nobody responded to me I call Brothere’s David quickly responded to my call he arrived in 30 to 40 mints he came snake the drain to got all clear I was really happy with the service really clean & professional & explains everything he was doing I’m really glad Of the work .

Hired the right company When I discovered that a 100 year old clay pipe under my house had ruptured I called Brothers Plumbing. They sent an expert team who had the right gear and knowledge to appraise the situation and to quickly replace the old pipe. I was very impressed with their skill and attention to detail.

supplied & replaced bathroom faucets & drain We have used Brothers consistently over the years for our plumbing needs and issues, and so when we moved to a new condo from our house and discovered malfunctioning faucets and drain in the master bath, it was an automatic call to Brothers. Dayvid picked out and installed the perfect hardware efficiently and in a timely manner. Brothers came through again, and has never let us down. Thanks Brothers

Flooded Basement & Toilet Parts Disaster! Basement drain clogged, Brothers snaked drain w/o advising of cost to find out it was city problem, $1000 also while snaking broke the backflow city valve and was fortunate enough that the city fixed it for me free. Then ordered parts for a groaning toilet and prepaid, ($450). I am still WAITING for these parts 4mths later. No follow-up and when I call they say they will phone back. Why do plumbers take advantage of you???? (invoice#30305, Jan 12, 2017)

Basement plumbing and waterproofing So far we've used Brothers to redo all of the plumbing in our basement and waterproof our house. All of the guys have been professional, timely and kept a clean job site. Tony demands excellent workmanship from the guys and fixes anything he is not happy with. Everything Tony said should be done, ended up needing to be done! He is very knowledgeable and great to deal with. The office staff have been on top of helping us get rebates and dealing with the City. Excellent service!

Re & Re underground plumbing pipes inside & outside My wife and I have had plumbing pipe problems and the occasional sewer back up in in our basement our very old house for a number of years. Band aid solutions no longer worked. Called Brothers plumbing and spoke to Lisa and explained our problems. Within 10 minutes Raymond called me and was over to our house within an hour. Blocked drain Recently hired this company to resolve a recurring drainage issue. The service team was punctual, polite and resolved the issue quickly. The office staff member was unfortunately quite rude and sarcastic (but maybe she was having a bad day?). I found it was a bit expensive: $618 to snake a drain and replace a p-pipe so would probably do a cost comparison next time before engaging them again.

Toilet replacement Robert and David were great to deal with - really quick and efficient. The job was done in less time than we'd been quoted. Also loved Robert's sense of humour. Will definitely recommend and use again.

Un-licenced basement waterproofing Several months ago I signed a contract with Brothers Plumbing Ltd. to waterproof the exterior north basement wall of my home, approximately 30 linear feet. In order to access the wall a mutual concrete walkway between my house and my neighbour's house had to be removed. We accepted this contract 18 months ago and very soon after the work was completed we engaged with the homeowner to help resolve his issues. Some of the comments are fact and resulted from mistakes made by an unskilled employee who we did dismiss as a result. We are very sorry for the negative experience this homeowner had. We also did our absolute best to remedy the situation with the homeowner. It has been an excellent lesson for us in making better hiring and partnership affiliation choices.
