replaced burst pipe and new drywall and vent We need a good, honest plumber to keep up with the inevitable repairs that go with cranky old houses and Brothers Plumbing has served us well especially the calm front office people who have held our hands on more than one harrowing occasion from sewage pipe backup clogged from city tree root growth, burst water pipes in recent winters, main valve changes, bathroom installations. Basement Waterproofing, new PVC pipes and powder room The team from Brothers was quick to locate where the water was coming in to my basement. They quickly and orderly removed the existing drywall, framing and insulation. (It's important to note they saved as much framing and insulation as they could to save on costs.) Clogged Drain Wow, 500 dollars to spend 5 minutes snaking a drain? how do you justify that and not tell people in advance that is how you charge, won't call them again.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate all reviews good or bad as it helps us to better service our customers. We charge by the job and not by the hour. the charges are always agreed to before we do any work. As to the amount of time our serviceman was there our GPS records show he was there for 1.5 hours. although this does not affect the cost of the service.
Bathtub Our bathtub looked like the drain had "burped" black crud. We called Brothers and they advised us to try using a drain cleaner. It fixed the problem. Brothers honesty saved us many dollars! Thanks!

Replace stack & lateral pipe Honestly, no one wants to spend $12,000 on plumbing and have their entire basement dug up! If I had to experience both, I'm so thankful Brothers were there. They explained everything, were conscious of my budget and made the absolute minimum mess possible given the job. It was back breaking awful work. The crew was courteous, careful of my house and always here on time when they said they would be even completing the job ahead of schedule!

kitchen plumbing We had a leaking tap handle and reduced hot water pressure (due to a problem with one shut off valve). Invoice indicated "...Install two emergency shut offs under kitchen sink on main floor." In our opinion, this work was not performed - yet that is what we were charged for. Two letters have been sent to Brothers Plumbing requesting resolution of some sort, with no response whatsoever.

We resolved all the issues and made numerous trips including supplying and installing a new faucet. A deposit was received but we are still waiting for the outstanding balance.
Plumbing We had Kevin and his helpers come out and did the work we needed done professionaly and timely! I highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of a plumber. They were very professional and did the job to our expectations. Thanks!

plumbing Sean answered all our questions patiently and logically. He analysed each issue competently and provided appropriate solutions promptly, keeping us informed at each stage. The office staff were also helpful both via telephone and email.
