leak I had my bathroom renovated 3 years ago, Brothers did the plumbing. Recently had a flood in our living room requiring a new ceiling and wood floor caused by faulty plumbing from the bathtub plumbing done by Brothers. I called Brother to see if they guaranteed their work and actually spoke to the plumber did the work. He said he would call me back and never did. I have hired a new plumber to do the repairs. I think there is some confusion here. We have never done a bathroom reno for this customer. We have done 2 service calls some years ago, a radiator and a pedestal sink. The two plumbers who did those jobs are not with us anymore, so I don't know who he spoke to. We guarantee all our work for one year but have no problems going back to see what has happened and work something out with the customer. I don't know who he spoke to but it wasn't us. Toilet and Bathroom sink drain I used Brothers Plumbing years ago at and put them into my contacts as I was happy with their service at that time. After moving into a new house, we discovered that a couple of the toilets were not flushing well or consistently. We also had a part go missing in a bathroom sink drain, preventing it from closing. leaky pipe and toilet was constantly running I called Brothers Plumbing this afternoon at 1:30 and explained that water was pooling around my sink and that my toilet was constantly running and I was hoping someone could come out to take a look. I was informed that someone would be out this evening but I got a call back at 3pm to say that Patrick would be at my home shortly. Terrible company to hire I am surprised by the reviews this dreadful company is getting here. I have paid thousands of dollars to them over the last 9 years to dig up and replace old clay sanitary pipes running from my property out to city of Toronto's sewer line. Last work was done in spring 2015. I have now just experienced their incompetence with still more water in my basement. Thank you for your review. As there is not enough information provided to determine which job this is we can only speculate. Often customers choose to replace only a portion of the drain. We always camera and advise if any further work is needed, but often customers want to take a wait and see approach. We advise that they replace the clay pipe remaining but as the pipe appears clear in the camera they choose to wait or think we are just trying to get more money out of them. Unclogged the drain Tony quickly and politely unclogged my kitchen drain and advised me as to how to keep it open. I was very pleased that my call was answered in short order. I'll certainly call them the next time I need a plumber!

Plugged Drain and Backwater Valve Installed I just wanted to give a shout out to this great company. I originally called as the main sewer drain was plugged and needed to be snaked. After a video inspection it was determined tree roots were causing the problem. As most of the drain was PVC and the balance clay, I decided to have the entire section up to and past the property line switched over to PVC. leaked furnace repair Honest, punctual and detail oriented service. Called on Wednesday got the technician in on Thursday to assess and the job was completed by the same evening as they had to supply a better part they have discovered during the repair process. Happy with the speedy service. Would definitely refer to friedns and families.
