Sewage pipe replacement Something nobody wants or plans to get done but brothers did it fast and with minimal intrusion. The basement floor needed to be broken up and also the outside needed digging up. Ivan and his crew worked very hard and they were very polite and considerate to the family during the disruption. 10 out of 10 I would recommend and ask for Ivan, hardest working crew I have seen.

fix my hot water shut off under the sink as it was leaking Patrick come the day after I called. The job was bigger then thought. He replaced pipes and taps also checked a couple of other things. he cleaned up after himself and was very good about explaining everything and showing me what he meant.

Installation of new kitchen sink faucet I've found dealing with this company pleasant and uncomplicated. The man with whom I booked the appointment was courteous and helpful, as was Patrick who did the actual work. He did the installation quickly and efficiently, improvising a good solution to a problem with the weight that came with the faucet. Fill valve replacement I needed help dislodging a plastic nut on the underside of a toilet so I could change the fill valve. I had bought the replacement myself. The plumber came and was done in 5 minutes. Cost me $250. I think that's crazy steep.

Bathroom sink repair The drain pipe from the sink had failed allowing waste water to leak. Patrick arrived as scheduled. He disassembled the bowl from the pedestal to allow installation of the new drain pipe. During the reassembly, he thoroughly cleaned the sink and updated the sink fittings. The sink which is 70 years old, now looks and operates like it was just installed for the first time. Patrick's work was extremely professional. I highly recommend Patrick for his excellent work and Brothers Plumbing as a company.

Shower repair Patrick came to see the problem, quoted on service and parts, and when they arrived, installed everything very efficiently with no mess and no inconvenience. Best of all he is courteous, polite, responded quickly to phone calls and offered good advice on how to clean the shower head.

Two strikes A few years ago, we used brothers to move a rad in our home. After the job was completed, the entire rad system did not work and we had to call someone else in to fix. Brothers claimed they were only hired to move the rad and not to ensure that the entire system functioned properly after their work was done. Inconceivable since to move the rad, the system needed to be shut down and then re-started! ???? No idea who this is from and what this is about. Don't know what happened a few years ago but if we did such a poor job why would you call us back? This sounds like a fake review. Every company has scheduling issues and if we made a mistake then we apologize for that but I don't think our company or any company for that matter deserves a bad review for it.
Bathroom Sink Called brothers plumbing and they managed to come on the same day and were punctual. A bathroom sink would not drain. Patrick helped explain what can cause it and solutions to prevent it from happening in the future. Got it fixed quickly. He is super professional and friendly. Overall: Fast work, and great service.

Service Patrick came over the day after I had called the schedule an appointment to fix an issue with my toilet flapper. He was extremely helpful and diagnosing the problem and the service was efficient, thorough and professional. Would definitely recommend this company.
