Great repairs! I had some minor plumbing repairs at my home to do, so I called brothers plumbing. They arrived when they said they would, they did the repairs and left the work area clean. The charge was a very reasonable price. Thank you to the plumbers of Brothers Plumbing for the great service, and also to the office. They were very friendly and kind when I spoke with them. Thanks again, I definitely recommend their services.

Toilets (2) Had trouble with two toilets always running water (waste of water). Plumber, Omid, who came was very helpful and gave me two options to fix the problem. Very friendly and helpful, and looked after cleaning up. Now I have two decent running toilets finally.

Sump pump battery inspection Brothers was a great help assessing why the backup battery for my sump pump wasn't working. The repair technician called the battery supplier and called his personal car mechanic for battery advice. Extremely helpful.

Faucet installation Jimmy & Omid showed up to my house in a very timely fashion. I needed 2 pedestal sink faucets replaced. They were extremely difficult to change (due to corrosion and them being so old) but these guys were amazing. They completed the job fairly quickly, and disposed of all garbage and left my bathrooms very clean. I was happy with the price they quoted and with the work they completed. I would highly recommend Brothers Plumbing, and Jimmy and Omid.

Kitchen Drainage Issue We called for service, scheduled an appointment, they called us prior to arriving to make sure we were still on schedule. They arrived on time, introduced themselves professionally as Jimmy and Omid. They assessed our issue and provided us with a quote explaining all the aspects of the work that needed to be done. Water problem in a condominium unit I am President of a small condominium (13 units) and we routinely have problems getting professional trades to do work in our building. At the suggestion of a neighbour, we called Brothers Plumbing on a SATURDAY morning and a two person crew was in our building later that afternoon to correctly diagnose the problem, suggest a temporary remedy and then returned two days later to permanently fix a severe water problem in one unit stemming from a faulty toilet installation in the unit above. ... read more

bathtub shower unit won't shut off - water leaking! Saturday afternoon I couldn't shut off my shower unit - so unstoppable water running into the shower drain. I called several plumbers with so called "emergency" services - none of them could respond until Monday - until I called Brothers Plumbing. I spoke with Robert - he knew right away what needed to be done. He had no one available - but he had Patrick busy on a project nearby. Cartridge replacement for a Moen faucet A simple cartridge replacement for a Moen faucet. No charge for the part...because it's Moen. $412 for 20 minutes of labour. Horrible! When I called to discuss this episode I was laughed at. "That's what we charge" "That's what our book says". So offensive

Thank you for your review. Sorry you feel that the price was excessive. We charge a flat rate that includes the service call the labour and time to get a needed part, etc... We are competitive with other companies in our area of similar size. I understand you just moved here from a small town, unfortunately that is the cost of service in Toronto.
