toilet issues and backflow maintenance We required the annual backflow maintenance and had issues with our toilet. The technician discovered that the backflow valve was broken and replaced it. Our toilet had calcified and needed replacing. It will be replaced next week. overall, good service and good recommendations for the services required.

Install back flow valve Unlike another estimate given, Brothers Plumbing told us work could be done on exterior of our house rather than in our downstairs (in use) kitchen. This required digging a 14’ deep hole in winter conditions, however, the work was diligently carried out. Our valve was installed and the work area was cleaned up as well as snow and rain can dictate. Fast response , upfront and honest communication Called 2brothers because of all the good reviews , Celeste was super helpful and allowed me to text a photo to him . We’d had a leak in the bathtub faucet and He was able to come that same evening to look at the job. Unfortunately the issue was clearly a little bigger than I originally expected so he rebooked to come back another day and complete the job. Not happy. Took three months to complete a one day job. They went at least two months over the deadline. I will not recommend this company to my friends or any other.

Wish we had more information. Do not remember any job in Mississauga that has been going on for that length of time. Some jobs are delayed due to supply issues or scheduling but those things happen and we are always trying to improve in those areas. But no, we don't know of such a job. Maybe you can let us know. Increase price halfway into job to force you into paying more I signed a contract and paid the deposit to replace a section of my main drain both inside and outside the house. After breaking up the floor inside the sales came by and told me I had to pay extra because now the pipe outside was "too deep" so he pretty much forced me to pay an extra thousand dollar cash or else they won't continue to fix the drain. Plumbing repairs I live in an old house with old plumbing. Brothers has always been able to find the problem and repair it quickly. They take the time to explain and show me the problem and explain options and costs.
