Emergency Plumbing under Kitchen Sink On August 31, 2019, I had Brothers Plumbing come to fix a dishwasher valve under my sink. The old one couldn’t be turned off completely. Omid recommended I replace all 3 pipes and valves due to rust and seizure of the valves. He said I should also get a new faucet. Work was done and he said I would receive my invoice marked paid by email. Leaky pipe In less than an hour Patrick was repairing and improving our hot water pipes. Excellent service. Sometimes when you are in a hurry for service quality Is not applied, this time I’m satisfied

Workmanship, response fine - but PRICEY! We had an emergency, as always - on Sunday! Patrick showed up in no time. He replaced the shut off valve and installed the ballcock in i my toilet. To complete the job took him about 40 minutes. Then the bill was $475 + tax!!! (the ballcock was mine - he supplied the valve) My fault was I haven't asked for the estimate. For sure next time I will! Workmanship was fine; he came (on Sunday afternoon) really quick - no complaints for this part.

Drainage Block I had a block in the drainage and my house was about to be flooded. I called brother's plumbing, and they were so prompt in their response. I am so grateful to David and his team for immediately solving the issue. Not only that they also helped drain out the excess water from the basement. I would recommend Brother's Plumbing to my family and friends.

Retrieve and repalce bathroom stopper I have had a terrible experience with Brothers Plumbing. I was charged for two service calls for a total of $594.95 to have a pop up stopper replaced in bathroom sink. I contacted the company on June 4, 2019 via email to explain what my issue was, that I my stopper had fallen down the drain and need to be retrieved. The information provided is a little misleading, The 1st time our serviceman went there he unplugged the basin sink and true he did not have the basin pop-up stopper but he only charged for unplugging the drain. We returned and installed the pop-up and charged $206.50 + tax, this is the add on price and is what would have been charged by the 1st plumber. Toilet replacment My toilet had not been flushing well for some time and I finally called a plumber. Patrick from Brothers Plumbing came on the same day as my call. He tested for a pipe blockage first but all was clear. He also tested the other toilet in the house and it was fine. He showed me the wear on the toilet's parts and said to replace them would cost about as much as a new toilet. I authorized the new toilet; he went and got it, replaced the old one, and took it away. Replaced plumbing connection for washing machine When we had new washing machine installed we found that the hot water connection was leaking (more like spraying). I called Brothers, which is the only plumbing company we have used in the 28 years we've been in this house. We made an appointment and Tony came as promised the next day. He was polite, professional, and proficient. On consultation he replaced the hot and cold water connectors They now work like a dream.

Major water leak from pipe leading into hot water tank Thank you Omid for your quick response to my emergency. I returned from vacation to discover a big leak from the pipe leading into my hot water tank. I was unable to turn on the main water supply to the house until this piece of pipe was replaced. Main drain repair 1- Basement flooding on the Saturday of the Labor Day long weekend. We woke up with water throughout our finished basement. Brothers plumbing came within an hour of our call and “snaked” our drain to clear the blockage. 2- These obstructions have been a recurring issue, even after we waterproofed the house.
