I think that... (Verified Renter) I think that people with pets should only be able to take them out the back to the building . Although the owner say that the dog won't bite when the dog lunges at you it's a little scary. I would also say beef up security the teenagers in our building are loud and really don't have respect for others property/ Play fighting in the hall in front of our door is CRAZY! It's even worse in the summer!!!!
The office is... (Verified Renter) The office is barely open. Go over the lease to make sure you are aware of the payment terms. The rent amount is overpriced when you have new apartments in the area that offer more and they are brand new.
