Verified Renter I enjoy living at my Cortland residence. The 1 floor living is awesome...especially when you have mobility issues. LOVE the counter space in the kitchen and the actual dining room..it's not just a small space to put a table in, I also have room for 2 cabinets in mine. Management and maintenance are great!

Verified Renter I love living at Brooksedge! The apartments have plenty of room...I have a main floor apartment, which works out great for me and LOVE the trash pick-up service. The ladies at the front office are always so nice and helpful, as well as the maintenance team.

A large main bathroom with a 1/2 bath also, is great. If you're looking for a place with no stairs, this is the place to look!
Verified Renter I really enjoy living at Brooksedge. It is relatively quiet for a complex and very convenient to stores. Of the two times Ive called for maintenance service, their response time was very fast. Grounds look beautiful.
