Verified Renter Year number 4 at Brooksedge and I still enjoy living here. I look forward to the landscaping skills every spring - they do a beautiful job. The complex keeps the buildings and breezeways clean with power spraying. Trash is picked up around grounds in the mornings. Maintenance team is the best. I really can’t say enough about this place. Location wise - plenty of restaurants and stores within 2 miles, walking/jogging/biking trails right in front of us. Good place to live.

Verified Renter Brooksedge is a complete breath of fresh air for us. I/we love the community interaction and the friendly staff. I recently had surgery on my hand and was having a hard time locking my door. I went to the office hoping someone could might assist me. I was so happy that my request for help was met with no fuss she walked over and helped me with no problem and continued to offer me help if needed it again.
