ROACHES Our apartment is infested… They sprayed when we were out of town on “routine maintenance” and not even a month later we’re infested, and management blames us!

Cockroaches DO NOT RENT FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH COCKROACHES. We moved into Brooksedge in august and started noticing cockroaches towards the end of October. We have lived at two different apartment complex’s and never had roaches. We reached out to management and they agreed to have someone come spray our unit. STILL DEALING WITH ROACHES!! IVE BEEN HERE SINCE MARCH. I’ve had 4 pest control visits and I am STILLLLLLL seeing roaches every other day. I’ve never experienced anything like this in my entire life!!!!!
Verified Renter My experience hasn’t been great so far. It’s been one repair after the other. From February to May I have had more than 5 five repairs requests and it is just annoying. More repairs than I have lived there.

Only place that felt like home My name is Porché. I used to live here a few years ago. I wish I would have never left, I’ve had to go through SO many trash places and people since. This place was perfect! Great space for a great price, so convenient and conveniently placed, great staff, never had to worry about pests, or loud neighbors.
