STILL DEALING WITH ROACHES!! IVE BEEN HERE SINCE MARCH. I’ve had 4 pest control visits and I am STILLLLLLL seeing roaches every other day. I’ve never experienced anything like this in my entire life!!!!!
Verified Renter My experience hasn’t been great so far. It’s been one repair after the other. From February to May I have had more than 5 five repairs requests and it is just annoying. More repairs than I have lived there.

Verified Renter MAKE SURE YOU SEE YOUR APARTEMENT BEFORE MOVING IN. I’m dealing with roaches, smelly dishwasher, smelly refrigerator, DONT FORGET ROACHES and it’s only my second mine here!!! We’ve been having these problems since MOVE IN.

Only place that felt like home My name is Porché. I used to live here a few years ago. I wish I would have never left, I’ve had to go through SO many trash places and people since. This place was perfect! Great space for a great price, so convenient and conveniently placed, great staff, never had to worry about pests, or loud neighbors. They accommodated me with an handicap space with no issue, The grounds were ALWAYS clean and everything was just perfect! We plan on moving back very soon. LOVE the counter space in the kitchen and the actual dining room..it's not just a small space to put a table in, I also have room for 2 cabinets in mine. Management and maintenance are great!
