Great Service The office staff provided great customer service. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. The property was nice and clean. Carolyn was so sweet and knowledgeable.

Verified Renter Brooksedge is a complete breath of fresh air for us. I/we love the community interaction and the friendly staff. I recently had surgery on my hand and was having a hard time locking my door. I went to the office hoping someone could might assist me. I was so happy that my request for help was met with no fuss she walked over and helped me with no problem and continued to offer me help if needed it again. Verified Renter Brooksedge is a WONDERFUL place to live. The staff is wonderful and I love the community interaction and the different things they have at the office. I use to think the staff typed these things in the reviews especially when they say all the good stuff but I'm far from staff I'm a happy tenant and me & my husband love it here.

Verified Renter Brooksedge is a very clean, friendly and safe complex. I’ve been here for a few years and plan on staying for a while because it is so convenient to walking trails, stores and freeway. I’ve never had a problem with people who live here - even the teenagers seem to be good kids. Lol. Maintenance staff is spot on - always take care of service requests quickly. I appreciate the staff we have here.

Verified Renter Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Apartments are pretty nice, as are the neighbors. Very nice to see all the families grilling and playing together in the summer.
Verified Renter Brooksedge is a safe place and the landscaping is beautiful. Team members are always very responsive to my needs.
Verified Renter It really shows how much this complex cares about its residents. Recently, the rough patches of our parking lot was paved. They repaired our compose bin pretty quickly. They are super nice and always host events for us. Maintenance requests are handled effectively and efficiently. And when I have an issue, they don’t hesitate to resolve it. So tbh, I have no complaints and that’s the first time I was able to say that about a complex I stay in. Thank you for everything Brooksedge!!!
