Verified Renter Very nice apartments in a great area of town. Quiet. Staff is always friendly and on top of things! Maintenance comes whenever you call. Pickerington school district which is also a plus. Have been here a year and a half and love it!!!

Verified Renter It is an absolutely beautiful community, a nice "bark park" and a park that your child/ren can safely play at near the comfort of your home. The apartments themselves are absolutely beautiful and perfectly laid out.

From walking into an unclean apartment to a EXTREAMLY LOUD AC unites outside my living room and bedroom with NO support or desire to fix the problem. In fact I was told that there was no noise when they came by. When I was there all day; the day Mgmt. said she came by. (It's easy to see who walks by my livingroom window. NOT!
