Looking for nice place? Check out Brooksedge Been here almost 3 yrs and this is a great place to live. Spacious, new appliances, modern feel, well-maintained in/out, great location. They have been more than kind and accommodating with every interaction. They follow up quickly on concerns and service requests. Carolyn does her best to resolve any issue and so does the other staff. Love the flexibility of being able to move to another site if you need to without paying a new deposit etc. I recommend! Old, stinky, moldy Hvac, plumbing and plumbing fixtures Somethings look great on the surface (new appliances, fresh paint etc) but I have learned a valuable lesson: always view the actual apartment you will live in prior to signing a lease. Check for leaks, old outdated clogged hvac systems that cause stinky smells and mold to blow into your home.
