Cant wait till end of lease Walls and windows let in every sound. Bedroom by front door can hear every noise in the area and people walking up stairs. Drugs yes have called the cops to many times for cars using this as a trade area. They park right in front of playground and trade the drugs. This is during daylight hours mostly. Have now confirmed two residents of community are buying and using and yes cops called on both. Keep kids off streets due to people driving fast and ignoring all stop signs and one way signs. Great modern community... (Verified Renter) Great modern community plan on staying with Cortland partners until I buy. Its young and yet mature friendly the lay out is gorgeous and the finishes make you feel like youre in a downtown hi rise apartment without spending a fortune.
Nice at first but you will be sorry FIRST I LIKE TO SAY THE TRASH FEE IS 20$ per month. I would not recommend this place at all. Unless ur READY to hear every footstep ur neighbors takes and I mean everything. Walls are VERY VERY THIN. We moved in and I notice my window in living room wasn’t even attached to building(so this was a major hazard we had to have emergency maintenance come out) which was the main reason the electric bill was 120$(moved in wintertime).
