Location, Location, Location We have lived here for 3.5 years and I just renewed my lease ! Brooksedge Apartments is ideally located near Ohio RT-256. Very close to shopping, movies and dining. The best feature was the Pickerington School District: tops in the area. Very important for a family with school-aged children. Brooksedge Apartments, There's no place like home! Very nice over sized rooms & closets. Appliances are up to date. Brand new Faux Wood Blinds & modern lighting fixtures. Excellent location & beautifully landscaped & well kept grounds. Lots of amenities including, a Bark Park for your four legged family members, a playground, a pool and waste service to your door! Nice Place for the $$$ This community is located in a nice area, close to many amenities, and is a good value. Bike/jogging trail runs right in front of the complex, and parks are close by. They have done a nice job recently upgrading the apartment interiors with new flooring, light fixtures and blinds. Outside, new dog run, play/picnic areas, street signs, and landscaping enhance the community. Office and maintenance staff are friendly and responsive. I would recommend this community to anyone.
