I had bad... (Verified Renter) I had bad experiences with other apartments when I was searching for a new place. Brooksedge was there for me and they make sure I got exactly what I needed. The staff are very professional and friendly. Its very peaceful, safe and closer to many shopping centers. I love it! Thanks to Laura and Lindsay

The conversation between... (Verified Renter) The conversation between managers were different than what I was told upon making my deposit. Was told my rent was starting until Nov and then received a 3 day notice which no one could tell me why so I was forced to make a payment. Then was told my new appliances would be upgraded by the end of the month and they haven't yet

I feel safe... (Verified Renter) I feel safe in my Apt but the price and ammenities don't require a climbing price at the level of increase that is put on residents. I could understand a $10 to $20 increase yearly but the increase in two years has driven some who can move away and has been in two years $187 with one year where the pool wasn't available and the next it was limited due to isssues that were caused by misbehavior which is one of the only things that is outside the Apt that I use.

Laura was absolutely... (Verified Renter) Laura was absolutely wonderful. I honestly feel at peace when I open my door. It's fairly quite. It's truly a beautiful community. Service request are completed at an atonishing rate.

Brooksedge I recently moved out of Brooksedge and enjoyed my two years living there. The staff was great, maintenance was efficient and the property grounds always kept tidy. Enjoyed living near Pickerington and Canal Winchester as well as the school district was one of my main reasons for living there.

Location, Location, Location We have lived here for 3.5 years and I just renewed my lease ! Brooksedge Apartments is ideally located near Ohio RT-256. Very close to shopping, movies and dining. The best feature was the Pickerington School District: tops in the area. Very important for a family with school-aged children. They have recently come under new management and they have upgraded the units quite a bit and even installed a dog park!. very nice indeed. Brooksedge Apartments, There's no place like home! Very nice over sized rooms & closets. Appliances are up to date. Brand new Faux Wood Blinds & modern lighting fixtures. Excellent location & beautifully landscaped & well kept grounds. Lots of amenities including, a Bark Park for your four legged family members, a playground, a pool and waste service to your door! Nice Place for the $$$ This community is located in a nice area, close to many amenities, and is a good value. Bike/jogging trail runs right in front of the complex, and parks are close by. They have done a nice job recently upgrading the apartment interiors with new flooring, light fixtures and blinds. Outside, new dog run, play/picnic areas, street signs, and landscaping enhance the community. Office and maintenance staff are friendly and responsive. I would recommend this community to anyone.
