You are in... (Verified Renter) You are in good hands with this apartment complex. The staff goes above and beyond to make your experience nothing short of A1. Ive been here for a month and I honestly love it! I wake up and open my blinds to lots of natural light. I love the many upgraded features, spacious open concept, garden tub, washer/dryer in apt, move-in gift, free gym membership, community events, valet trash pick up...I could go on! Service calls are done very quickly, security patrol. I just love my new apartment!

The conversation between... (Verified Renter) The conversation between managers were different than what I was told upon making my deposit. Was told my rent was starting until Nov and then received a 3 day notice which no one could tell me why so I was forced to make a payment. Then was told my new appliances would be upgraded by the end of the month and they haven't yet
I feel safe... (Verified Renter) I feel safe in my Apt but the price and ammenities don't require a climbing price at the level of increase that is put on residents. I could understand a $10 to $20 increase yearly but the increase in two years has driven some who can move away and has been in two years $187 with one year where the pool wasn't available and the next it was limited due to isssues that were caused by misbehavior which is one of the only things that is outside the Apt that I use.
Laura was absolutely... (Verified Renter) Laura was absolutely wonderful. I honestly feel at peace when I open my door. It's fairly quite. It's truly a beautiful community. Service request are completed at an atonishing rate.
Brooksedge I recently moved out of Brooksedge and enjoyed my two years living there. The staff was great, maintenance was efficient and the property grounds always kept tidy. Enjoyed living near Pickerington and Canal Winchester as well as the school district was one of my main reasons for living there.
