Verified Renter I think the area and the neighborhood are safe and very well kept. It makes me feel good to come home and see everything and everyone taking care of our space. The homes are cozy and the floor plans are simple which I'm a fan of. I think my only cons are minor things about the complex. A little low on the water pressure in some bathrooms and would prefer a little more lighting options in the home without lamps.
