Verified Renter We just recently moved in but so far it’s been great. The location is great, close to everything we need. The most office has answered any questions we’ve had. Our place is great so far no major issues.

Verified Renter Has been very enjoyable with a very comfortable sense of living in a well kept community. I will be renewing to stay on another year and potentially transfer the following year into a larger unit. This community location has been extremely convenient in terms of local needs like a grocery store, quick highway access and a community park.

Verified Renter The apartments are small and the renovations were poorly done. Most of what I called maintenance for was half fixed. It definitely costs too much. I love the community though. I have pretty cool neighbors and it's a quiet community for the most part.

Verified Renter I really enjoy the community and the amenities here at Oakbrook Heights!! Everything is very clean, the neighbors in the community are super friendly and I love how it is so dog-friendly! I feel completely safe at all times and the staff are super great at communicating and helping me quickly with any issues. I have been really impressed with this being my first apartment, the only bummer is that the closets are not how they are advertised in the model unit, it's only just 1 shelf and a rod.

Verified Renter Very friendly and clean community. Maintenance is always on time and respectful upon entering apartments. They give adequate warnings if they need to do service in the apartment. Very happy living here

Verified Renter The past two years have been great but we have out grown the space so it was time to move out I’ll miss the quiet Community the great Walking and biking Areas of the neighborhood. Also the pool in the summer time is a great hang out

Verified Renter They have done a lot of good changes for the better like the speed bumps and everything painted black and extra play area and barbecue space for warm weather. But the best thing they've done lately was address the problem of cars that don't belong here. Now guests have to get a parking pass which I think is good
