Verified Renter I love the community and the amenity perks that come with living in this community. I am only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I am having repeat issues with the AC unit that does not fully cool the unit as it should and the endless amount of spiders.

Verified Renter One bedroom apartment is very spacious with a very large bedroom a and a massive living room. Remodeled units seem like they are good quality with a lot of attention placed on little details. Front office staff are incredibly helpful, insightful, and overall pleasant to interact with. Maintenence is very quick and efficient when replying to work orders. Very happy so far!

I will be renewing to stay on another year and potentially transfer the following year into a larger unit. This community location has been extremely convenient in terms of local needs like a grocery store, quick highway access and a community park.

Verified Renter The apartments are small and the renovations were poorly done. Most of what I called maintenance for was half fixed. It definitely costs too much. I love the community though. I have pretty cool neighbors and it's a quiet community for the most part.

Verified Renter I really enjoy the community and the amenities here at Oakbrook Heights!! Everything is very clean, the neighbors in the community are super friendly and I love how it is so dog-friendly! I feel completely safe at all times and the staff are super great at communicating and helping me quickly with any issues. I have been really impressed with this being my first apartment, the only bummer is that the closets are not how they are advertised in the model unit, it's only just 1 shelf and a rod.
