Verified Renter The location and noise level is great. The staff is kind. However, the craftsmanship of the units and cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Maintenance comes quickly, and the fix the “issue” but often the appliance or spot looks worse than it did when it was broken.

Only ‘issues’ are to get the exterior windows washed, the siding on the front porch cleaned, and a ‘hose’ nozzle for the kitchen sink as is extremely hard to wash roaster pans and sheet pans with the current very old fashioned nozzle. Verified Renter So far my experience has been pretty good. The apartment has been not as modern as I would want it, but it’s not as old either so it’s a perfect between. The amenities are pretty great. My neighbors are very quiet. I barely even hear them. No noise at night no complaints.
Verified Renter Nice area, and the front desk is always so nice. The craftsmanship in the units are poor, and the maintenance is fast acting but often does a poor job. Lawn care is good.
