Verified Renter Moved in a few weeks ago. Pleasant staff all around. Made the process easy, fully transparent, and quick. The unit was certainly move in ready, crisp, and clean! All appliances seemed brand new and numerous had stickers on them still. The amenities here are pleasant and as Illinois-ians, we need to enjoy summer as much as possible. The pool is a plus. Verified Renter Super quiet, clean and prompt service. I love how we have valet for garbage disposal and recycling as well. There’s also tons of amenities and surprisingly it’s not even that crowded to use the amenities.

Verified Renter Clean and quite complex. Friendly staff. Great location to Lombard, Downers Grove, Downtown Westmont. Metra near by is also great for those downtown Chicago visits.

Verified Renter Management is terrible, one of our toilets hasn't worked the entire 2 months that I have lived here and they refuse to compensate us after continuous back and forth with maintenance and management. It has really put a bad taste in my mouth about the apartment complex.

Verified Renter For the most part it has been great being a resident here. The location is great, super close to many restaurants and grocery stores. The pool and clubhouse are nice but I wish the hours were more extended. The management and maintenance are usually responsive. Lots of windows and open space.

Verified Renter Maintenance request ticket gets closed out before they are started or completed. No follow up calls on this. Property puts out that residents must have sticker displayed in the window but other cars come and park and nothing happens.
