Verified Renter Overall great location but the home furnishings could be improved. The vinyl flooring keeps coming up and gaps and holes in the walls and under the dishwasher where bugs and even a few mice have gotten in. And the appliances need an update. Oh and the walkway from our place to the sidewalk gets flooded every time it rains.

Verified Renter We love being a part of the Arrive community. Our neighbors are friendly, and pets are quiet, which is important to us. The amenities are nice, and the events hosted at the leasing office are a plus. The area that we feel needs improvement is the system for package deliveries. The package room is always packed with packages thrown on the floor, without being placed in a locked parcel locker. This is frustrating, and our packages have been lost with this messy organizational system.

Verified Renter A few bumps along the way during move in & getting settled/testing thing out, but the office staff & maintenance have been "on it" woth any issues we've had. We're new to the area from the city, so the area is an adjustment for us (in a good way). The pool is a nice amenity & is well kept - we haven't used the gym yet but haven't seen it look crowded. Verified Renter You get what you pay for. The maintenance team is very responsive, which is good because things break pretty frequently. There is a pool and tennis court which is great. The gym is very small but does the job. There are many students and families that live here, very safe and lively community.
