Verified Renter While I find that the apartment we reside is not as was advertised and is not "modern"/remodeled as shown in the walk through, the community we live in is quiet and safe and the staff has always been accommodating and helpful.

Verified Renter All good - only exception is having to look out at the trash overflowing from the dumpsters into the parking lot on weekends or holidays. Seems to have gotten much worse since the village changed refuse companies

Verified Renter It’s been alright. The apartment has had a few issues that have mostly been dealt with properly. Pretty good experience with most of the staff. Definitely get what you’re paying for as far as the quality of the apartment.

Verified Renter My experience has been great living at this apartments. What I don’t like is that you need to be asking for guess parking. We should get at least one guess parking per apartment.
