Verified Renter everything is made SO cheaply. The drywall is so thin that our TV fell out of it when we mounted it. There is no insulation so when its hot outside its hot inside and with the cold temps going on the last few days, our apartment hasn't gotten past 54 degrees! We tried to contact maintenance, but of course they were off. There are so many rules that we have to follow but the building gets to do whatever they feel.

Verified Renter My move in was very pleasant and the staff were so kind and helpful. As the movers were moving my belongings into my apartment, the first tread of the stairs going up to my apartment broke, from the tread all the way through riser. So the movers could not use their dolly to move the items up the stairs. I immediately came to the office, informed them of the issue, and it was almost instantly attended to. Amazing response time!
