Verified Renter Friendly, calm community. Amenities are nice! Leasing office gets back to us very quickly. Shared spaces are always clean. We are enjoying our stay.

Verified Renter Nice and cleanly maintained community Good leasing area , Gymnasium , Swimming Pool ( Pool only for summers ) , Dog park and open grills for Barbeque

Verified Renter Great neighborhood. Service maintenance requests are easy to complete and handled quickly. Community events are fun. Ample parking. Pool is open at 10 am which is a bummer for people who like early morning swims. Unable to have personal grill due to designated grill areas. Some of the outer residential areas, such as personal patio areas need repair.

Verified Renter Living here has been okay for the past 3 years now. I would say great, but management has changed 3 times since I’ve been here. The rules change by the day.

Verified Renter Been here 5 months and loving it. Great location and amenities. Occasionally communication with staff isn’t the best but nothing terrible. Recommend living here.

Verified Renter Nice people very quiet. Besides, we can’t use charcoal grills anymore. We have to use their barbecue grills big disappointment but I guess. We have to do it ???????
