DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! I have a list of over 30 maintenance requests that we told them at move in needed to be fixed. 2 weeks after move in nothing is fixed i have 3 faucets in this place and not 1 works! We found used q tips, Popsicle sticks and other garbage all over the place. I have contacted the office and maintenance everyday for a week now and i keep getting told first thing in the morning first thing in the morning but no one ever comes. Worst place I’ve ever lived. Live elsewhere!!! Worst property management I’ve ever seen. Apartments have leaks, bugs, mold, and electrical hazards. There is human hair painted over all of my walls. Horrible customer service: they treat you terribly. Maintenance is incompetent and it takes days, weeks, months sometimes to solve a maintenance issue. The 24 hour emergency maintenance is a lie. Poor Management The apartment itself is good and location is great; however, since new management took over, it takes weeks to get a maintenance request done (I went over a week without hot water even though I was calling twice daily with no answer) PLUS I had water dripping from the ceiling from the upstairs neighbor making a huge puddle and they just told me to "clean it up". Poor poor poor management I would never recommend this to a friend or an enemy that is now bad this place is. Worst community management I have ever witness in my life. Management doesn’t know how to control billing and maintenance at the same time. I have 18 pending work order FROM MOVE IN DAY.
Great place to live The new staff is very helpful, especially Elisa. It’s a very convenient location especially since it is so close to my school. Would definitely recommend it!
Great location, terrible place to live. Nothing but trouble for the past two years with two different property management companies. The property manger doesn’t take care of the residents and maintenance doesn’t either. We went without a/c for an entire weekend while it was 90 degrees INSIDE our apartment. Maintenance claimed “it wasn’t an emergency” and did nothing about it. Any problem your call for and nobody does anything until it’s the 5th time you ask. Rent elsewhere please! Truthfully review w Unprofessional, rude, ignorant office. Apartments have flooding issues window issues, unreasonable or explainable utilities. Management and staff have changed several times in two years! New faces one day, then there gone. Only here because of my work distance. Definitely not renewing.
