Verified Renter Not a fan of the paid parking. There have been 2 vacant spots in front of our building ever since the program started. So now we have even less parking spaces. Nobody wants to pay an extra 50$ per month for just one space.

Stay Away Stay away. I have never had to leave this kind of review before, but feel compelled to because the management company is unresponsive. They have an insect problem that they refuse to take care of. Little holes where insects have chewed through the baseboards and poorly sealed boards make it impossible to keep bugs out. A few months ago I had RAW SEWAGE from the building flood my entryway because apparently the piping is just that bad. Verified Renter The service is terrible, the units are horrible and they don’t fix things right, had to hire my own mold company to test for mold after constant water damage they just keep painting over . Also had an ant infestation for 2 years that i had to set traps for all year round bc they couldn’t get rid of the issue.

Verified Renter Apartment is pretty beat up. Drawers, cabinets refrigerator all don’t work as they should. Lots of dings in the wall, doors etc... on the plus side it’s very quiet

Verified Renter I’ve been here for about a month with my partner, and so far everything has been great. Everyone has been super friendly and helpful. Haven’t had any huge issues, the only downside at no fault of the apartment management is issues with certain packages carriers (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
