Verified Renter Everything has been great looking forward to the summer by the pool. The Halloween event held by the staff was a lot of fun hope your able to do more
Verified Renter 7 months in and we have had zero issues. The portal has been easy to use to pay rent. The maintenance technicians have been attentive and very handy! And the number of available parking spaces has improved since the implementation of the parking stickers.
Poor Value The units aren’t in as good shape as the photos and model unit show…and our maintenance requests were hardly ever addressed. We had big chips out of our wall, our bathroom ceiling bubbling and crumbling, all our cabinet doors were falling off the hinges, the drawers in the kitchen are actually gross plastic with a wood front, they claimed to clean the carpet before we moved in, but it literally turned my feet black. Horrible place to live Horrible paint jobs, constant maintenance requests and now they’re trying to charge way more than the places are worth
Don't believe the 5 star Open maintenance tickets,mice, ants and very cheaply maintained they put a screw in my dishwasher to make the rack stay put instead of replacing a wheel. We had a leak in the ceiling that they "fixed" and still leaked this place was good when we moved in. Once they hook you, they stop any and all maintenance.

DOUBLE CHECK prior to signing While the area and layout are nice, and the price is reasonable make sure to check your entire unit before you sign that lease! they will not and I repeat WILL NOT!!! come fix things. broken cabinets, nope don't care, light fixture broken, nope don't care unless it’s something to do with the water (they pay for it that’s why) they will not come fix anything we threatened to talk to a lawyer and sited they didn’t hold up their end of a subsection for the lease and they finally sent someone out. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! I have a list of over 30 maintenance requests that we told them at move in needed to be fixed. 2 weeks after move in nothing is fixed i have 3 faucets in this place and not 1 works! We found used q tips, Popsicle sticks and other garbage all over the place. I have contacted the office and maintenance everyday for a week now and i keep getting told first thing in the morning first thing in the morning but no one ever comes. Worst place I’ve ever lived. Live elsewhere!!! Worst property management I’ve ever seen. Apartments have leaks, bugs, mold, and electrical hazards. There is human hair painted over all of my walls. Horrible customer service: they treat you terribly. Maintenance is incompetent and it takes days, weeks, months sometimes to solve a maintenance issue. The 24 hour emergency maintenance is a lie. They never answer the phone or call you back. You will not get what you pay for: parking lots and sidewalks are never shoveled or salted... read more
Poor Management The apartment itself is good and location is great; however, since new management took over, it takes weeks to get a maintenance request done (I went over a week without hot water even though I was calling twice daily with no answer) PLUS I had water dripping from the ceiling from the upstairs neighbor making a huge puddle and they just told me to "clean it up".
