Verified Renter Location, house, maintenance is great. I don’t like the gym and hate the fact that its mandatory to pay gym fees even if I dont use it. Leasing office staff is sometimes disrespectful.

Verified Renter Great place to live. Awesome amenities like a pool fitness center dog park. The maintenance staff is very attentive and prompt. The front desk is very personable and helpful.

Verified Renter 7 months in and we have had zero issues. The portal has been easy to use to pay rent. The maintenance technicians have been attentive and very handy! And the number of available parking spaces has improved since the implementation of the parking stickers.
Poor Value The units aren’t in as good shape as the photos and model unit show…and our maintenance requests were hardly ever addressed. We had big chips out of our wall, our bathroom ceiling bubbling and crumbling, all our cabinet doors were falling off the hinges, the drawers in the kitchen are actually gross plastic with a wood front, they claimed to clean the carpet before we moved in, but it literally turned my feet black. Horrible place to live Horrible paint jobs, constant maintenance requests and now they’re trying to charge way more than the places are worth
Don't believe the 5 star Open maintenance tickets,mice, ants and very cheaply maintained they put a screw in my dishwasher to make the rack stay put instead of replacing a wheel. We had a leak in the ceiling that they "fixed" and still leaked this place was good when we moved in. Once they hook you, they stop any and all maintenance.
