Worst place to live with family Cheap quality apartments, very old and whatever rent anyone paying it is not worth that. There are so many issue in apartments which maintenance staff don’t want to fix, if you complain about maintenance staff to manager she will just listen and ignore your concerns. To fix any issue they take 7-15 day or never come and close request. I do not recommend Moved in August 31st, and not happy at all. Brook hill was bought out by a new management company and even though they have such huge plans for the next 5 years , but they really should focus on more current issues like fixing communication errors with office/ maintenance staff. Some girls working in the office are not friendly at all, maintenance doesn’t receive your work order even though you get a confirmation email. Great place to live Extremely close to my school. The leasing staff is always very attentive and helpful with any questions I have. When I'm coming in for my mail, they know as soon as I walk in and have it ready for me. They're helpful with answering questions and always having my requests for maintenance quickly completed. I've lived here for a little over a year now and have had no complaints.
Please don't do it I lived at Brookhill for two years and it really wasn't worth it. I'm usually not a picky tenant and I let things go especially with a busy schedule. But the management absolutely sucks. They are never their when you need them to address something, you need to keep calling them and bothering them until they take care of the issue. Utilities will be insanely high because the apartment complex has thin walls and gets super cold= you will easily pay $400 in the winter due to the cold (so add that to rent). I ... read more
Love it! Overall I really enjoy living at Brook Hill. I have never had any issues living here for the last two years, and they are pet friendly! The entire staff seems to be very friendly, and eager to help. Excited to renew my lease!

Nice area...but in need of serious updating I am originally from the state of TX where you pay $1600 for a 4 bedroom house with wood floors, granite counter tops, and full size refrigerator. Just not accustom to paying this kind of $$$ for something that is so old and in serious need of updating.
Great Home Brookhill is a great community for a home. Homes are update and well kept. Everyone is extremely nice, leasing office and residents. Also Pet Friendly
