Nice area...but in need of serious updating I am originally from the state of TX where you pay $1600 for a 4 bedroom house with wood floors, granite counter tops, and full size refrigerator. Just not accustom to paying this kind of $$$ for something that is so old and in serious need of updating.
Great Home Brookhill is a great community for a home. Homes are update and well kept. Everyone is extremely nice, leasing office and residents. Also Pet Friendly
Brook hill It's so quiet it's like living in your own home. Love the huge living and bedrooms. Love the private entrance. Close to everything. Shopping, public transportation, entertainment.

Nice Apartments but a bit pricely This is a nice community, pros of the Society: 1) Nice location, near by all green area. 2) All facilities nearby, we have market places nearby in walking distance less than a mile. 3) Sports facilities, we have gym, swimming pool, lawn tennis court in apartment complex. Also Westmont park is nearby where there are walking trails and tennis courts. 4) Apartment complex is a bit old but nice and has barbecue grills and pet park as well for families. 5) Repairs and maintenance are really quick... read more
