Verified Renter Throughout our experience living here at Arrive Oak Brook Heights, we have had a pleasant time. They keep the property clean, i’ve never seen a raccoon or skunk, only cute bunnies! Maintenance here is amazing as well!!

Verified Renter I think the area and the neighborhood are safe and very well kept. It makes me feel good to come home and see everything and everyone taking care of our space. The homes are cozy and the floor plans are simple which I'm a fan of. I think my only cons are minor things about the complex. A little low on the water pressure in some bathrooms and would prefer a little more lighting options in the home without lamps. Verified Renter Overall it has been great. The leasing staff were supper helpful. One complaints is that our doors in the apartment would not close all the way but maintenance was able to fix it right away.
