Verified Renter It is our 2nd year living here, and I couldn't have asked for a better place to call home! The staff here are amazing, from the leasing office to maintenance. They take the time to get to know you and not just your name. The whole community is very friendly and family-oriented; it's so safe, clean, and well-maintained. Arrive makes it the perfect location for anyone, no matter what chapter they are in life.

Verified Renter Rental price went up over 200 yet nothing has changed in the community. The weight room is tiny and no more than 3 people can be in there at a time, I go to an outside gym because of this. There is also hardly any equipment in there, you get a better gym at a Hampton inn. It is a non smoking community but atleast half of the maintenance staff smoke all day long.
