Verified Renter Rental price went up over 200 yet nothing has changed in the community. The weight room is tiny and no more than 3 people can be in there at a time, I go to an outside gym because of this. There is also hardly any equipment in there, you get a better gym at a Hampton inn. It is a non smoking community but atleast half of the maintenance staff smoke all day long. Verified Renter The location and noise level is great. The staff is kind. However, the craftsmanship of the units and cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Maintenance comes quickly, and the fix the “issue” but often the appliance or spot looks worse than it did when it was broken.

Verified Renter Amazing experience so far. Nice clean community. My second day here but my neighbors are friendly. Management pays attention to their residents. Also maintenance responds to issues in a timely manner. So far so good.
