Very thorough exam of my injured shoulder.
Complete and thorough exam. Doctor allowed appropriate time to listen to concerns and provide professional prognosis.
Brian provided clear, detailed, and tough love for me to have surgery ASAP, so I can play golf in Aug and Sept for a long trip to Scotland. He was caring and sympathetic at the same time. He gave me pro and cons of surgery, which I will have.
Spent the most time with Jason his PA. Jason explained everything thoroughly and provided the treatment plan and prescription. Dr. Shafer confirmed the approach.
Dr. Shafer is prompt, professional and compassionate. I appreciate efficiency of the entire office including Dr. Shafer!
