Dr. Shafer greeted me with a smile and a handshake. He was friendly and professional, very thorough in discussing analysis of the problems with my knee. His PA, Jason, was equally as professional. They established rapport and possessed excellent patient bedside manner.

Dr. Shafer did a great job replacing my right shoulder 5 months ago. I couldn't be happier with the initial surgery and everything that has followed. It greatly exceeded my expectations. Dr. Shafer is easy to talk with and ask questions, and gives easy-to-understand responses.
Dr. Schafer took time to answer my questions. He looked at my xray of my total reverse shoulder replacement which is 12 yrs old and said everything still in place and will last me the rest of my life. Very nice and gave me great news.
